Limited Warranty for Logo Chair Co. Products
Please read the following information carefully: Logo Chair Co. warrants its products against manufacturer defects only, including and limited to material or craftsmanship defects for a period of one year. Replacement or repair as provided by this limited warranty is our only remedy to the consumer and does not place Logo Chair Co. liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear. All warranty claims are handled through the authorized retailer where the product was purchased. If you have trouble getting warranty service from the dealer please contact our customer service department . You will be required to ship your product and your receipt to Logo, at your expense, for our inspection and determination of possible repair or replacement if all requirements are met.
